Hello! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I joined UIUC in Fall 2017. Before this, I was a Kruskal Instructor in the Department of Statistics at University of Chicago where I was fortunate to be mentored by Professor John Lafferty. I completed my PHD in June 2014 in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at Yale University where my dissertation advisor was Professor Andrew Barron.

My research interests include Non Parametric Function Estimation, Statistical Signal Processing, Resampling Methods such as Cross Validation, Statistical Learning Theory and Online Learning Theory.

My research is currently supported by the NSF Grant, DMS-1916375, Non-Parametric Estimation under Shape/Norm Constraints. Here is a list of my publications and preprints.
